Comment “PAINT” for links! 🩷🤍👩🎨
This technique is way more approachable than people think. It takes two to three coats of naturally messy “X” strokes and somehow it all dries soft and cloud-like. This is the perfect weekend project….
If you’re more type A than me the ✨suggested✨ steps are below 😂
Simple Steps:
1. Start with clean, dry walls (no sanding marathon required but you can prime the walls and wait 24 hours to start steps 2-5 if you want to)
2. Apply limewash using loose, overlapping X strokes (don’t overthink it!!)
3. Let each coat dry 30min-1hr then repeat (2–3 coats total).
4. Mix in a densifier on the final coat for longevity.
5. Let it fully dry and watch the texture soften as it sets over the next few days.
