Puff Puffs the Cameroonian way 🇨🇲💛 We call it Beignets! I asked my mom and sister to teach me how to make the batter, and they both gave me the blankest stare 😭. When I asked for measurements, they laughed. My sister goes, “Cindy, I just use my eyeballs and pour.” 😭 And somehow, their beignets always come out perfect! I, on the other hand, needed a little more structure 😂 Thankfully, my neighbor came through with some “measurements”… kinda 😅 He taught me using a coffee mug, and it was exactly what I needed!
