When we push our kids over the line and lose the spirit of the child for the spirit of success , that child ends up not knowing how they matter. They consistently look outside themselves to see if they’re okay. Looking to others, accolades, recognition, money, fame, the car we’re driving to see if we’re okay becomes problematic.
