Love yourself. Love others. Everything else flows from there. Early in my career, it was all academic...trying to be surgical with characteristics and frameworks. Then I realized there’s something deeper. It’s not about who loves you or how much support you have. It’s about how well YOU love yourself, and how deeply you’re in love with this wild experience of life.
