Baby boy woke up throwing up when I had plans today I tended to his needs then still went to do my plans. Before I would have had extremely mom guilt and felt like a bad mother but I also had to realize that they have a father, my partner someone that loves and cares for them as much as I do when I’m not around. So yes I left our sick child with daddy to pour into myself without feeling like a bad mom and had a blast!
