Our local funeral services in Delta and Surrey not only turned us away but were incredibly rude, refusing to guide or assist during a time when support was most needed. It’s disheartening to think that when families are grieving and vulnerable, they are left with no help from the very institutions that should be there for them. If we can’t provide compassion and guidance in such critical times, what are we really fighting for as a community? What is all our hard work, taxes, and years of contributions going towards?
