The Rideau Canal Skateway is BACK OPEN! ❄️ Ottawa Gatineau friends listen up! ‼️ It is now cold enough again (as you know 🥶) and the canal is open for skating the FULL length - 7km ! 🤩 We are so lucky to have this beautiful opportunity to skate our canal with beautiful scenery, and of course hot chocolate and @beavertails 😋 My son is obsessed with skating lately so taking every opportunity to skate but there’s also a walking lane if skating is not your thing! The @rideaucanalskateway also has skate rentals, and warm change rooms. The Ice conditions range from fair to very good!
