Today’s courthouse tour at TTC Spring Camp was truly a fabulous and eye-opening experience. I had the opportunity to learn so much about how the court system operates and the important roles each department plays. During our visit to the Main Courthouse, we explored several key areas, including Official Records, the Marriage Room, Evidence, and Jury/Self-Service. It was interesting to see how each department has a specific responsibility that helps keep the justice system organized and functioning smoothly. One of the most impactful parts of the tour was learning about how evidence is stored and properly handled. I gained a deeper understanding of the care, security, and procedures involved in maintaining evidence, as well as how it is eventually disposed of when no longer needed.
