Here’s how a broken washer changed my life FOREVER… Kylie and I weren’t even married for one month before we bought our first house. Which just so happened to be a fixer upper. It was such an impulse decision to the point where Kylie didn’t even see the house in person before we bought it. I told Ky to just trust me. It was perfect. So I thought. Immediately upon receiving the keys, we were very broke (due to our life savings being drained by the downpayment) and VERY terrified. We couldn’t afford to pay anyone to fix it up, so we were left with two options: live with the house as-is or head to @homedepot and take matters into our own hands.
