Taking cold plunging to a whole new level in Denmark 🇩🇰
Water temp was around 4–8°C and it was honestly one of the craziest things I’ve ever done. We started with 10 minutes in the sauna, then walked straight down to the beach.
Round 1: lasted maybe 15–30 seconds – the cold hit like a thousand needles and it was hard to breathe or even move.
Quick outdoor shower, then back into the sauna to reset.
Round 2: stayed in for about 2 minutes, breathing was calmer and the shock was less intense.
Round 3: almost 3 minutes and felt unbelievably good coming out – clear mind, energized body, total high.
Lesson learned: when you’re uncomfortable, scared, and every part of you wants to quit, that’s exactly when you step in anyway. That’s where the growth happens. 💙🧊
