The details ⬇️ We’ve owned our condo for almost 3 years. It was within our price range, but we gave up something we truly loved: walkability. Our interest rate also wasn’t great (5.9%), so financially, the difference between staying and renting again was minimal. For me, I won’t buy again until I’m absolutely certain I love the home, the location, and can see myself there long-term. Right now, our priority is flexibility and location. That may change in the future! If you’re in your 30s and still renting, it is okay.�You’re not behind.
