ART OF DEEP SHIT As I see it, experience in itself does not guarantee wisdom. Since what we live through only becomes valuable when we are willing to reflect on it. Honestly. I believe experiences are not credentials. They are material. 
To notice where we may have compromised ourselves. Where we stayed longer than we needed. Where we confused endurance with alignment. Not everything we go through refines us. Only what we are willing to understand. Reflection is a true artform and help us to discern how and what allows experience to become useful.
Insight is what allows it to become direction. For that to happen we need to see that everything is energy. I no longer see my past as tragedy or triumph. Only as material. Material for clarity.
Material for discernment.
Material for becoming more precise about who I am , and who I am not. The process of making space for this work is hard. Yet extremly fruitful. Depth is not the goal.
