The biggest lie we tell ourselves as moms? The all-or-nothing mindset.
It’s sounds great in theory- I’m going to eat perfectly, workout every day, my house will be spotless…
But what happens when your kid’s are up at 3am? Or
daycare is closed unexpectedly? Or your kids are sick for the 10th time this fall? Most just throw in the towel and say “well my day is ruined.”
And that’s the problem, if your plan only works when life if perfect, it’s NEVER going to work. The all-or-nothing mindset sets impossible expectations because the minute life gets messy you feel like you failed. And you didn’t fail, you are just trying to be rigid in a life that requires resilience.
The solution? Instead of chasing the “all”, choose “something” because at least the end of the day something is better than nothing!
In 2026, we are all about ditching the “all” and choosing the “something”!!
DM SOMETHING- if you are done with the all-or-nothing cycle and want a plan that actually works for real mom ...
