FACULTY SPOTLIGHT—Abhinav Kaul Aima joined the TCNJ faculty this semester as a Clinical Specialist in Communication, Journalism and Film! In the spring 2026 semester, he is teaching the following courses; JPW 270-Globalization and International News, JPW 311- News Editing and Production Methods, and JPW 370- Advanced Reporting. He began his career as a journalist in India, and has a master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Montana, Missoula, and a Ph.D. from the Scripps College of Communication, Ohio University, Athens. His doctoral dissertation examined the news coverage of three conflicts in Lebanon, and his research and professional development activities have included travel to Lebanon, India and Northern Ireland. Most recently, he taught courses in the Digital Journalism option for the Communications degree program at Penn State, New Kensington. @tcnjcjf
