I’d go back tomorrow just for the Kouign Amann (and butter) Saint Malo is a great day or weekend trip from Paris. I left early Saturday morning and return midday Sunday and it was perfect. Highlights from our visit - eating our body weight in Kouign Amann which is the local pastry. Anything buttery too! - having many galettes! This region is known for crepes and galettes! - getting a bowl with my name on it! - walking the walled city ! We did this multiple times during our trip and loved it. - going to the original “house of butter” which is where Maison Bordier was first created! - during low tide, you can walk across a land bridge to a small little island! - we stopped in Rennes on the way back to Paris for a few hours which was another fun visit! #brittany #saintmalo #maisondubeurre #maisonbordier
