Which one would you kiss, marry, and kill of these 3 lab skills 😂 Let me know in the comments ⬇️ ☀️ ☀️ ☀️ I thought this was a funny thought exercise and I wanted to see how you all would respond to it 😂 I think I personally would have to kill western blots 🧪 I’ve just only heard bad things about them 👀 Then I would probably kiss qPCRs 💋 they’re a good technique but if you really want to see changes in gene expression there are better methods of doing it 🤓 Lastly, I would very reluctantly marry flow cytometry 😂 it’s such a love hate relationship 🧫 you can do SO many cool things with it but it’s a horrid protocol to do and takes a TON of optimalization 🫠 ☀️ ☀️ ☀️ But that’s my personal opinion 😂 I wonder how many of you will also marry flow cytometry and whether or not it’ll be a happy marriage 💍 Will it be worth it to you to be stuck with that one technique forever?? 😳 or will there be regrets? 😱 Only time will tell 🤣 ☀️ ☀️ ☀️ #phd #phdstudentlife #phdstudentsofinstagram ...
