It's been a minute since I was blown away by a cocktail bar, but this one was 100/10 for me! Adventure Time is Denver's only rotating theme cocktail bar -- and their first theme is "Welcome to Neon City". Located on South Broadway it's truly such a unique, cool spot for a night out with friends or a date night. OH and the DRINKS -- they are so good. But even more than that, over half of the cocktails on their menu have non-alcoholic modifications available. Sam, the owner, talked with me about how important this was to him -- and how these mocktails all stay very true to the essence of the cocktail option. Plus their drinks are so inventive with fun homemade syrups, incredible toppings, and more. My personal favorite was the "Electric Sheep" which was a carrot cake style drink with the cocktail being carrot and pineapple and then being topped with a cheesecake cotton candy. BIG YUM.
