Two words: prosciutto doughnut ✨ Johnny Bechamel's is a new(ish!) Italian restaurant in Wash Park that brings inventive, unique dishes to the neighborhood in a stunning, vibey environment. How do I define vibey? Idk, but I know it when I see it -- and this was it. Some of my favorite dishes we tried: -Prosciutto doughnut stuffed with parmesan cream and topped with balsamic. 100/10 -Spinach artichoke stuffed piquillo peppers -Sourdough focaccia (even better than the one I make at home and I RARELY say this) -Tomato Pie with the works -Pappardelle pasta with chicken, bacon, garlic almond crumble, and ricotta -@lottiesmeats sausage with polenta and a citrus salad - YUM Truly no bad bites were had and I'm already scheming to go back and try everything else on the menu!
