I want to know what your passion is!! 🤩 And since most of you are doing a PhD, have done a PhD, or want to do a PhD 🤓 you must be pretty passionate about science 🧬 So tell me which one is your true passion 😍 ☀️ ☀️ ☀️ I got my PhD in immunology, cardiology, and lipidology 👩‍🔬 it was very translational 😊 meaning I had to take topics from 3 areas that can be PhDs on their own and mix them together to make something new 🤩 I worked on T cells, atherosclerosis, and triglycerides/fatty acids 🧫 which wasn’t much studied until I started doing it 😎 ☀️ ☀️ ☀️ Having a topic like this is lots of fun because it’s so new ✨ but at the same time it’s hard because nobody knows anything about it 😰 and you have to spend a lot of time convincing people of why it is something interesting and important to study 👩‍🔬 ☀️ ☀️ ☀️ Let me know what your experience is in your topic of choice 😍 I want to hear about it all and learn about you guys more 🥰 ☀️ ☀️ ☀️ #phd #phdstudentlife #phdstudentsofinsta...
