Hold tight, you’re slowly coming back to life 🔋 That’s me! 🙋🏼‍♀️ The scientist 👩‍🔬 but I didn’t always know I wanted to be a scientist 😅 I was a creative kid who loved dancing and fashion and beauty 💄 So when we moved to America I figured, might as well go for that dream 🌙 ☀️ ☀️ ☀️ But I quickly realized that industry was not full of my kind of people 😅 I was also terribly shy which probably added to that 😇 But I found biology in high school 🧬 and after that I couldn’t let it go 🤓 I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do with it 😊 But I figured it would lead me somewhere 😃 ☀️ ☀️ ☀️ It wasn’t until I did my masters internships that I realized laboratory science 🧫 and research were really for me 🔬 But I quickly found that the type of job that seemed most interesting to me (being a scientist) required a PhD 😅 So I decided to do that 😃 And I finished it spectacularly 🎉 although not without difficulties 😵‍💫 ☀️ ☀️ ☀️ This led me to say goodbye to academia and start work...
