wildflowerlohi is officially bumping to the top of my Denver dining list 💛 I normally avoid tasting menus because they are filled with seafood which I don't eat, but Wildflower changed my mind on them entirely.  When you sign up for the tasting menu at Wildflower the waiter takes the time to ask you what you do like, what you avoid, what you're open to trying -- and really makes the experience tailored to you and your taste.  Every bite was delicious, and I left SO full.
