Most people know Paul Walkers story, and inside of the new exhibit at the petersenmuseum “A Fast & Furious Legacy: 25 Years of Automotive Icons” there is a car that might be the most special car from the entire franchise. A white Mk4 Toyota Supra that was used in the last scene of Furious 7 to say farewell to Paul’s character Brian, and a heartfelt goodbye to Paul himself set to “See You Again” by Charlie Puth. During the opening ceremony of the exhibit this past Thursday, Vin Diesel spoke directly to Meadow about how the cars held so many memories of his pals friendship and love, and how proud he is of her for carrying on his legacy. The Supra now belongs to Meadow, and she has been generous enough to let the Petersen display it. While the car is an incredibly important piece of film history, it’s also a symbol of love, legacy, and a goodbye that still echoes through every fan who grew up watching The Fast Saga.
