With my wedding steadily approaching I have had a tradition of traveling to the beach and spending time with God. Reading, exploring the garden and just aligning myself in peace. Things have been a little overwhelming, but one thing that has always provided a sence of peace has been my visits to @brookgreen_gardens The detail throughout the whole garden is breathtaking. Both withing the sculptures and the landscaping it is a perfect blend. Right now they are hosting their Summer Lights Art by Night event. They bring in food trucks, music and cover the garden in a romantic set of lights that enhance the experience. I have been visiting this garden for about 4 or 5 years now and I never get tired of it's beauty. This is their last week for this event, but keep an eye out for their Thosand Night of Candles during winter. About 3 hours from Raleigh. Great weekend trip.
