I cant keep this restaurant a secret any longer! I recently had the opportunity to experience @msushi_cary located @fentonnc . This was one of the most eye opening experience I've had the pleasure of enjoying. The food and display is a true form of artwork. The moment you step into the dinner side you will be grasped by the environment. Once you are seated I would highly recommend the Crudo. This hors'doeuvre blew me away. The foam that it is topped with is infused with pears so while you enjoy you will be captive by the hint of flavor it is wrapped in. If you are new to sushi and would like some help I would say a great way to dive in would be to order the Sushi Deluxe. This will give you a beautiful range for your pallet.
