You will fill out the sheet marking everything you would like from food to sides to your drink. From there place it in the slot and watch them prepare your food. Once your order is ready they cal your name over the intercom where you will go to pick up and pay. It was my first time and definitely won't be my last. I did order their cheese burger and assumed it would have lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, but it didn't so if you would like that make sure to request it. I want to make sure you get your order exactly the way you like it.
