I genuinely didn’t know if I’d like this Brut Cava. Turns out I loved it 🧜 This is a sparkling wine aged under the sea. Actually stored underwater in the Baltic Sea, where pressure, darkness and constant movement help the wine mature differently from 🌊 Smoother. Calmer. More balanced. Very mermaid energy 🦀 I’m not usually a big fizzy wine or champagne person. Too sharp. Too much. But this Cava was perfect. The bubbles were loud in the glass but soft to drink. Not sweet. Not aggressive. Just dreamy. Crisp, fresh, slightly saline. Like a sea breeze in a bottle 🫧 The bottle disappeared far too quickly, which is the most honest wine review I can give.
