Age is no barrier to revolution. Meet 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐡𝐚– a shining representation of youth power and resilience. Born on May 24, 1896, in Punjab, Kartar faced the loss of his father at a young age and was raised by his grandfather. His journey began when he sailed to San Francisco at just 15, where he joined the University of California at Berkeley. There, his patriotic spirit was ignited by the injustices faced by Indian immigrants. Inspired by Sohan Singh Bhakna, Kartar joined the Ghadar Party and quickly became a leading figure. Kartar’s dedication saw him take charge of the Gurmukhi edition of the revolutionary newspaper, Ghadar, writing powerful articles and poetry to inspire others. With the outbreak of World War I, the Ghadar Party declared war against British rule.
