The Holidays are here! and last night I attended the private launch of the Nutcracker Brunch at the Four Seasons Hotel at Beverly Hills, hosted inside the acclaimed Culina Restaurant, a fabulous evening where ballet, cuisine, and holiday fantasy met in perfect harmony. In partnership with the Pasadena Civic Ballet, alumni dancers brought Clara’s dream world to life with exquisite grace, performing scenes from Tchaikovsky’s beloved Nutcracker amidst a pastel winter wonderland that set the tone for a truly magical evening. Culina’s culinary artistry was as enchanting as the performance, a lavish preview of the upcoming Nutcracker Brunch Buffet debuting Sunday, December 7. Highlights from my tasting included deviled eggs topped with ossetra caviar, a perfectly tender beef Wellington, an indulgent lobster roll wrapped like a holiday gift, an assortment of golden pastries and assortment of the finest desserts, and a crisp, classic Caesar salad.
