Founded in 1984 by Bob Spivak, along with Michael Weinstock and Richard Shapiro, The Grill on the Alley quickly became a Hollywood go to, offering classic American grill dishes in a discreet alley just off Rodeo Drive.
Today, Executive Chef Israel “Izzy” Camacho, who joined as a broiler the very day the restaurant opened, has risen through the ranks, infusing timeless grill classics with modern finesse.
