✨ is moisturizer with SPF the same as sunscreen? ✨ short answer: yes and no. moisturizers with SPF are regulated the same way as sunscreens, but the problem is how people apply them. most of us don’t use enough moisturizer to get the full protection we’d get from a sunscreen. so if you’re going to use one, you need to apply it in the same quantity as sunscreen (think the two-finger rule). the best sunscreen is the one you’ll actually use every day.
