You current title is just a label for your work. Not your worth, and certianly not your ceiling for what you are capable of. And definitely not what you’re allowed to want next. But somewhere along the way, you started introducing yourself like a disclaimer. I’m just a teacher. I’m just an admin. I’m just in HR. And every time you said it, you made yourself a little smaller than the opportunity in front of you.
