3. Product & Process Knowledge
Tools, systems, and operational workflows you already use. Platforms, scheduling systems, support workflows, data reporting tools, onboarding processes, etc. This is valuable knowledge and also proof that you can ramp quickly in tech environments.
4. Customer & Problem Familiarity
You know the end user. You understand their frustrations, priorities, language, and decision-making. This gives you instant credibility when a tech company serves the same audience or solves a problem you understand.
