my first viral #MedTwitter post came from a tweetorial reflecting on what I learned from my year as a PGY4 chief resident and what sentiments I felt rising chief residents should know. there’s not a lot of guidance on how to be a “good” chief, because every role is so variable and the fires you put out on the daily are largely unpredictable. while these tips are directly related to my chief year, the majority can be extrapolated to leadership positions of any kind — club executive boards, etc. 🫶🏼 like save & share if this is helpful!
