Here’s why it matters: → Score of zero —> lifestyle changes are reasonable → Score of 100 or above? —> Your risk of an MI (myocardial infarction aka heart attack) is significantly high. Consider starting low dose aspirin and statin. It’s a strong tool in preventive cardiology. It gives you and your doctor a real answer when everything else is unclear.
