Representation worth fighting for. 🩷✨ Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a visionary and extraordinary leader who reminded us that “faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” As a Black woman working in tech, I often think about what it means to take those first steps and push forward—even when the spaces weren’t built with us in mind. Representation matters. It’s a reminder to those coming behind us that they belong here too. Breaking barriers in this field is more than just my journey—it’s about opening doors, inspiring others to dream bigger, and building communities that reflect the diversity and brilliance of who we are.
