I had the HONOR of attending the Friends of Cooper’s Hawk event featuring the amazing roccodispirito presented by Tim McEnery and chwinery at the fabulous trusscleveland in Cleveland, OH🍷🍷 I was absolutely floored by the genuine kindness of everybody involved and attending this event. Chef Rocco has to be one of the nicest and down to earth humans I have ever interacted with. Not only did he share some amazing cooking tips and demonstrations, he also took the time to answer crowd questions and have engaging conversations with every single person he spoke with - truly genuine person on top of being a fantastic chef. Alongside him was the CEO of Cooper’s Hawk, Tim McEnery, who was equally genuine and kind.
