$20 Claude Cowork vs $200 Perplexity Computer This is just my observation and personal experience after testing it with a few tasks 1. Basically, it’s an AI agent (for non-technical people) that can do some work for you, but it doesn’t use your computer like how Claude Cowork does. It runs those operations in a virtual browser which means agent can keep running even if you shut down your computer. This means it can’t really access your sites like LinkedIn or Canva that require authentication. But it has a list of apps you can connect to using this third-party platform for every connection So it’s a little annoying to set it up, and we’re only limited to these applications for agentic use.
