Place prepared sugar cookie dough into a greased muffin tin (We put three pieces in each cup because they were the small cookies) Flatten into the tin with the back of a spoon. Bake the cookies as directed. Halfway through baking, take the tin out of the oven, and form into cups using the back of an ice cream scoop or measuring spoon. Place back in the oven to continue baking. Do not over cook- you want them to be soft.
