2025 Recap.. The statement, "Life is lifing" is a good summary of my 2025.🥴😏 Unpredictable Mind-boggling Emotional Challenging Thankful I have had personal losses and setbacks, but in each one I have been reminded time and again that my heavenly father continues to see me through. Faith is the thing that makes a way when doubt wants you to only see the worse. I didn't get the chance to compete at all mostly due to health reasons and things that were out of my control. Having to shift priorities however, has made me more resilient and better for what's to come this year. It has also been another great year of appreciation for those that I've had the honor of guiding them towards better health! To watch the transformations both physically, mentally and emotionally is truly something that means "everything" to me. Also shoutout to those that have entrusted me to be their posing coach! Nothing gets me more pumped than seeing others crush their goals! Truly a rewarding year! Wh...
