Watching Mr. Ruffin's routine from the Olympia this past weekend reminded me of times dad and I would have these conversations on who we thought was the best in presence but also in their routines at the Olympia. @ruff_diesel routine and overall esthetics and muscular balance would have had dad talking for days!! And that would have been the topic AFTER watching a routine of this caliber over 50 times just because we would love it so much!!! It's pleasing to see that the ART OF POSING IN BODYBUILDING isn't lost at all!! It's one thing to "pose" .. but is your posing one that shows choreography practiced to perfection?
