I see some people take 5 days and others will take 30 days. Whereas if you had a set number of PTO days, you know how much you can take without as guilty. The thing is, you don’t get pay out for not using your unlimited PTO days and it’s literally part of your compensation!! So prioritize yourself and schedule the time off you deserve.
