Do you like visión boards?? Let’s chat. At the start of the year, something that comes up a lot in my work as a therapist is goals, vision boards, manifesting, and how people want to achieve all the things while also working on themselves. I honestly love this for the girls and the guys. I love when people set goals and truly lock in on achieving them. That said, I think some of us might be doing this a little wrong. I know we all love a cute vision board, but the truth is, it’s not just supposed to be cute. It’s supposed to be functional. It should guide how you’re actually going to achieve your goals. Don’t worry though, I’ve got you. These are some of the things I’ve done over the years and also encourage my clients to do.
