Is THIS the most beautiful lake in the United States? 🤯 This is in Crater Lake National Park south of Bend, Oregon 🌲 In my opinion, Crater Lake is an absolute gem 💎 The depth of the blue is unlike anything I’ve ever seen, and standing on the edge, it feels like you’re looking into another world. Beyond the views, it’s a fantastic spot for a road trip 🚗 You can drive the scenic Rim Drive to soak it all in, and if you’re like me and like to see the views from other perspectives, there are plenty of hiking trails around the lake. Just be prepared for the weather to change quickly, and bring layers, even in summer! ☀️🌧️ Also, make sure to check their website prior because we unfortunately went when many of the trails and some of the rim was closed due to snow even at the start of July!!
