I’m always getting messages & hearing conversations about growing up in strict households or people constantly excusing their behavior as adults due to the way they were raised… at some point radical responsibility is needed as an adult. You cannot let your parents run your life as an adult, you cannot let the way you were raised or your traumas be excusing for terrible behavior.
