I get hundreds of messages a week asking to network, meet or mentorship. Countless of these messages will verbatim say “hey! Can you mentor me please?” Or “I sent resume, could you just give me some feedback” with no introduction, context or even a hello at times. This is not how you set a good impression, build a relationship or message anyone never mind a person you need a favor from. But how would you really know what to message someone. We aren’t taught this & most people just do whatever is most convenient for them. So, let’s put an end to this. I gave you templates here to screenshot, save and use.
