Grocery haull!!! Seeing this haul myself is very surreal because there is so much education and time behind why I chose each product! I only began thinking of my health as ! consumed food a few years ago after I took a nutritional science class and have not looked back since! Growing up we just bought what we can attord and that meant extremely processed foods so I am on a mission to change that for myself and my family!
