The journey to find your rhythm isn’t a one time thing, it’s a lifelong returning. I’m learning that discernment is a gift, but listening to it is a choice. Trusting God. Tuning in. Becoming more aware and then actually doing something with that awareness. Sitting on the self awareness panel at the Tilled Soil Root & Rise Summit reminded me that alignment often feels quiet, but it’s undeniable. I was honored to speak about self-awareness alongside my Mom clordav💜 and to share space through melanotion, where we hosted a reflection room in the Sunflower space filled with prompts, film, and moments of stillness for women to reconnect with themselves.
