You can become someone beyond your imagination & achieve things beyond your imagination if you stay consistent over time :) Generally, it’s true - things feel a LOT EASIER for me now - BUT that’s only because I had to do things that felt really hard over and over repeatedly for years Growth likely won’t feel easy, but it’s kind of like physical bootcamp - when it’s hard, PROGRESS happens FAST 👏 (also totally OK to take things at a moderate pace lol 😆 not saying we all need to push till breakdown by any means - do what feels right - main priority is to focus on little bits of consistency upwards!)
