Making this video wasn’t easy. Looking back and seeing how I used to carry myself is honestly a little embarrassing… I used to pride myself on saying, “no man would ever tell me how to dress.” I even remember telling my mom I’d never stop smoking because it was my “medicine.” And while that stayed true, I wasn’t prepared for how God would gently and patiently change my heart. The closer I get to Him, the more He removes the things that no longer serve my purpose. I still fail daily, but I’ve learned this is a journey, not religion. Just like the gym, transformation doesn’t happen overnight it’s a process of showing up.
