It was chaos… exactly how cyber incidents unfold in the real world. Here’s what hit me the hardest: 🔹 Communication can save or sink you Teams freeze when they don’t know what’s happening. Silence = damage. Sharing the right info at the right moment can be the difference between a crisis and a catastrophe. 🔹 Decisions have national impact Every choice has ripple effects, public safety, government trust, critical infrastructure stability… Cybersecurity is literally national security. 🔹 Ransomware isn’t a “technical issue” It affects hospitals, water, electricity, and everyday lives.
